My background spans enterprise franchise networks, healthcare environments, and higher education, giving me a broad perspective on how adults learn and what it takes to make training stick. I hold a Master's in Instructional Design & Technology from Georgia State University and specialize in Articulate 360, Litmos LMS, and ADDIE-based curriculum development.
